Shipping abroad
House Of Lustre ships to all countries within Europe.

Place your order
When you place your order, your information will be included in the customer database. This information is not provided to third parties and is solely intended for processing your order and possible customer contact about it.

Shipping
All orders are shipped via PostNL as letterbox-sized parcels or small parcel -depending on the content- with a track & trace code. Within the Netherlands, you may also choose registered shipping with track & trace.

Shipping rates depend on the destination. There are four rate zones: Netherlands, Europe 1, Europe 2, and Worldwide. House Of Lustre only ships within the Netherlands, Europe 1 and Europe 2! International shipping within Europe may vary by country.

Prices may be subject to change
As of January 2026, PostNL, the primary postal operator in the Netherlands, has updated its tariffs for mail, packets and parcels. Shipping rates may vary depending on weight, size, destination (domestic, EUR1/2 or Rest of World), and franking method.

We always strive to keep our rates accurate and up to date.

Important information for European shipments
For deliveries within Europe, any customs duties, taxes or additional charges that may apply are not included in the total order price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery of your order
Once payment has been received, your package will be processed within approximately 5 working days. Your jewellery will be carefully packaged by us and further handled by PostNL. Because delivery is made by PostNL, their delivery conditions apply and House Of Lustre cannot be held liable for errors by the deliverer.

On receiving your parcel or returning your order
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help.

Please inspect your jewellery carefully upon arrival. If you notice any damage, defects, or are not satisfied with your purchase, please always contact us first via our online form, including your order number and payment details. We will review the situation and work with you to find a suitable solution before any item is returned.

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Items should be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original condition.

Once we have received and carefully checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 7 days. If an item is not returned in its original condition, unfortunately we cannot issue a refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
