Delivery of your order<\/strong>
Once payment has been received, your package will be delivered within approximately 5 working days. Your jewellery will be carefully packaged and further handled by PostNL. Because delivery is made by PostNL, PostNL’s delivery conditions apply and House Of Lustre cannot be held liable for errors by the deliverer.

Always check your jewellery for damage and\/or imperfections upon receipt. If you are not satisfied with the jewellery you have received or if there is any damage, please always contact House Of Lustre first by sending an email to sparkle@houseoflustre.com stating the order number and your payment details. We will then look for a solution together before you return the jewellery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wanneer de betaling binnen is, zal je pakketje binnen ongeveer 5 werkdagen geleverd worden. Je sieraden worden zorgvuldig verpakt en verder afgehandeld door PostNL. Omdat bezorging door PostNL geschied gelden hiervoor de bezorg voorwaarden van PostNL en kan House Of Lustre niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor fouten van de bezorger.

Controleer altijd bij ontvangst je sieraden op schade en\/of onvolkomenheden. Mocht je niet tevreden zijn over de sieraden die je hebt ontvangen of is er sprake van schade neem dan altijd eerst contact op met House Of Lustre door een email te sturen naar sparkle@houseoflustre.com onder vermelding van het ordernummer en je betaalgegevens. We kijken dan samen naar een oplossing voordat je het sieraad retour stuurt.
